WHY FOOT CARE?
Whether you are a senior, disabled, homebound or someone with chronic foot issues, the care
of your feet is essential in helping maintain mobility and an active lifestyle. It reduces the risk of
pain and immobility associated with delayed foot care, promotes a sense of well being and
independence and decreases fall risk. My goal as a Nurse and Certified Foot Care Specialist is
to make available regular affordable basic foot care, education, assessment and when
necessary, referrals for advanced foot care for everyone in Marin County regardless of age. I
can assist with corns, calluses, thick difficult to cut or extra long toenails, minor wounds,
hammertoes and ingrown toenails. I will also assess your footwear and make recommendations
based on that assessment. A foot care appointment lasts about 45 minutes and is held either
